You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online.

Shipping Policies
themignone.com ships prepaid. UPS is used whenever possible. We are a UPS preferred customer. The followig are UPS services available anywhere with in US and Canada, their estimated cost of shipping for one dress is as follows or log on to www.UPS.com for more info:

1)UPS Ground (usually delivers in 4 to 5 business days and costs about $10.00 depending on your location)
2)UPS 3Days select (usually delivers in 3 business days and costs about $18.00 depending on your location)
3)UPS 2nd Day Air service (usually delivers in 2 business days and costs about $28.00 depending on your location)
4)UPS Next Day Air service (usually delivers the next business day and costs about $55.00 depending on your location) In some areas, UPS does have a Next day Air delivery service on Saturdays for an extra $12.50 charge

In addition to UPS you can use USPS Priority Mail service to ship your package as well for about $9.00 or log on to www.USPS.com for more info.

How to Ship to AK, HI and PR
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs. International Shipping The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments, unless costumer prefers there own shipping method like UPS.

How to Ship to APO-FPO & International
For packages shipped to APO-FPO, and all International orders, USPS is used. Priority Mail is used for APO & FPO ( about $9.00) Priority International Mail is used for International packages (about $24.00)

Estimating Delivery Time & Tracking Orders
You can click on the www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com link to see how fast your orders will get to you. Use "Los Angeles" for city and "90021" for postal code as ORIGIN. Simply insert the tracking number sent to you on your shipment confirmation to track your package.

When will my order be shipped?
Usually all orders received before 12:00 PM, are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.
When you provide us with complete and accurate delivery information, your order will be delivered promptly and you will be spared re-delivery charges. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in a $5.00 handling charge from UPS in addition to all charges accrued for re-shipping your order. No sales tax is added except if shipped within California. Shipping costs are customer's responsibility. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
To return or exchange a The Mignone product by mail, please return your unused merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase and simply include:

1. Your name and order number (if available).
2. Specify whether you want a return or an exchange.
3. If you request an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item name and number. Include size & color choices, if applicable.

Once we receive your return or exchange we will notify you via E-mail about the status of your exchanged item or the refund to your credit card or paypal account.Clearance items are not refundable or exchangable. DROP-SHIP ORDERS
In addition to wholesale, we also offer Drop-Ship orders to our customers. Simply place your order online and use your customers information in the SHIPPING section and fill in your information in the BILLING section. (Please make sure that your billing information matches the credit card you are using)
To receive the Invoice directly, please note in the COMMENT area that you would like a PACKING SLIP to be included for your customers , otherwise a copy of the Invoice will be sent to them.
